Visualizing an old factory without blueprints by converting point cloud data into BIM.
We will create an as-built BIM model from point cloud data obtained through 3D scanning of factories or buildings that do not have blueprints or do not match the current conditions. Unlike new construction BIM, this process digitizes the current state as it is, allowing it to be used as a basis for decisions regarding equipment updates, line expansions, and BCP measures.
